Parthiban Shares His Happiness For Being Appreciated By Seeman; Says 'I Carved It For Ilaiyaraaja..'

Seeman Appreciates Parthiban: Music composer Ilaiyaraaja celebrated his 80th birthday on June 2. Naam Tamilar Party Coordinator Seeman, Patali Makkal Party President Anbumani and many others participated in the event.

Speaking on the stage, Seeman praised Ilaiyaraaja. At that time, he said, "Ilaiyaraaja is a university of music. If you want to study music, you have to study Ilayaraja. Parthiban has mentioned in one place, 'Musical Wave' Ilayaraja. I see that as the right word."

Parthiban shared the video on his Twitter page and mentioned Seeman. In that post, he mentioned, "I am not on the stage; but I got the credit. The reason is that the words I have carved to appreciate the genius was used by the Tamil Scholar Seeman"

Parthiban has proven himself as a director as well as an actor in Tamil cinema. In the last 1990s, his Pudhiya Paadhai film made him a successful director in Tamil cinema. During that period, he fell in love with Seetha, who was a leading actress.

Parthiban's Choice Of Words

Parthiban and Seetha had a falling out and parted ways 20 years ago. After that, Seetha remarried serial actor Sathish and separated from him too. Parthiban paid his full attention to cinema. He directed many films such as Ulle Veliye, Sarigamapadani, Housefull, Ivan, Kudaikul Mazhai, Pachchak Kuthira, Kathai Thiraikathai Vasanam Iyakkam. Otha Seruppu and Iravin Nizhal films earned Parthiban a good name recently.

In a recent interview, Parthiban opened up about the dialogue that was used in the movie Love Today by teasing him.
Parthiban said about it, "I also laughed when I saw this scene in the movie Love Today where the little boy was made to talk like Parthiban. I also enjoyed the way other laughed in the theater. Only later I realized that there was a stab in it."
