The latest update about Prabhu Deva is that he and his second wife Himani Singh, a physiotherapist he met in Mumbai during the COVID-19 pandemic-induced lockdown, have become parents to a baby girl. The news is celebratory and brought excitement to the fans of the actor and director.
Prabhu Deva's Second Marriage With Himani Singh
However, Prabhu Deva and his wife Himani Singh wanted to keep the news under wraps as they have not even mentioned their marriage publicly. But in the month of April, Prabhu Deva visited Tirupathi with his newly wedded wife for the first time.
With the news of their baby girl arriving, the entire household of Prabhu Deva was very excited, reportedly. The girl was the first female child in their family for a long time.
Meanwhile, Prabhu Deva, who married Ramalath after falling in love with her in 1995, got separated from her to live together with actress Nayanthara. From Ramalath, Prabhu Deva has three children. Their eldest son died due to cancer in 2008 when he was just 13 years old.
Prabhu Deva & Nayanthara's Murky Relationship
During his courtship with Nayanthara, their divorce and separation were all over the news and the chapter was murky, since Nayanthara was at the peak of her career and was blamed for being a home-wrecker. Nayanthara and Prabhu Deva decided to get married and settled scores with Ramalath for the same. Unfortunately, without reason or explanation, Nayanthara and Prabhu Deva broke up.
After several years, Prabhu Deva then married Himani, with whom he developed a relationship after she started treating him for back pain. They later got married in a simple ceremony which was confirmed by Raju Sundaram, Prabhu Deva's brother.
Reportedly, Himani was quoted saying that she loves Prabhu Deva and would like to take care of him, and is a proud wife. The duo is parents to a baby girl and is now married for three years.
