Star Plus's popular show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein was reported to be taking a leap very soon but the latest development is that the makers have decided to postpone the leap. The first announcement was followed by negative feedback from the viewers and this prompted the makers to shelve the idea for now.
"Leaps are kind of a norm in Balaji shows and YHM is no different. But seeing the mood of the fans, it has been delayed for the time being," Tellychakkar.com reported a source close to the show.
Anita Hassanandani, who plays Shagun on the show posted a picture of herself with the producer of the show, Ekta Kapoor, informing the fans of the show that the leap has been postponed.
The recent announcement of the show taking a leap along with major changes in the storyline did not go down well among the fans of the show. They took to various social networking sites to express their resistance. The makers of the show reportedly heard them which has made them think it over.
