Yeh Hai Mohabbatein: Finally Ishita's Pregnant, Decides To Hide News From All!
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein's latest episode has Ishita (Divyanka Tripathi), Raman (Karan Patel) and Ruhi realising the former is pregnant. But, the three decide to hide it from the rest of the family until they are sure she is capable of staying pregnant full term so they can protect them from avoidable disappointments.
Ruhi overhears Raman and Ishita mention that she can never get pregnant and she runs to Dr Manoj to question him about his treatment and demand he try it again. Raman and Ishita run to them the moment they get to know about this only to see Ruhi stubborn in pushing Manoj to treat Ishita.

What Ishita did not expect was for Dr Manoj to ask her to try a pregnancy test. And when the results come positive, she will be stunned to silence. Ruhi and Ishita rejoice and even let Raman get the good news.
Happy Ishita is pregnant, the trio decide to keep the pregnancy a secret so just in case she has complications in the early stages they can spare the others from the painful news. Raman, Ishita and Ruhi return home to pretend nothing happened.
Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has Raman taking extremely good care of Ishita and making sure she is comfortable and healthy. His caring, however, gets Santoshi suspect something is up and eventually she will figure out the truth about the pregnancy.
