This talented trio continued to delight fans for a remarkable three-year journey before bidding farewell just a few months ago.

BHAVIKA SHARMA WINNING HEARTS AS SAVI IN GHKKPM

To revamp this beloved daily soap, the masterminds behind Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin decided to introduce a significant time leap in July of this year, which left SaiRat enthusiasts in astonishment. Following Neil and Ayesha's exit, Shakti Arora and Bhavika Sharma assumed the mantle as the new leads, portraying the characters Ishaan and Savi, respectively. Although the initial response to this change was mixed, the duo has gradually won over the hearts of viewers, who now passionately support them as the charming IshVi.

In a recent interview, Bhavika Sharma opened up about staying away from typical saas-bahu shows in her career so far. Sharing her thoughts about the same, the actress made it clear that she'll not become a part of a stereotypical show and refuse to become a 'makkhi' onscreen. Yes, you read that right!

BHAVIKA SHARMA ON STAYING AWAY FROM TYPICAL SAAS-BAHU DRAMAS

Talking about the same, the actress told ETimes, "I played a bahu in Jiji Maa, but that was a different role and not a meek character. It has been a conscious decision to keep away from stereotypical roles. I refuse to become a makkhi or a dragon in a TV show! For me, the story and the role both have to be appealing."

We wonder if she just took a dig at Dipika Kakar. For those who are unaware, Dipika played a 'makkhi' in one of the supernatural tracks in her hit Colors show Sasural Simar Ka. Now, it'll be interesting to see how she'll react to Bhavika's statement.

Bhavika started her acting career with a supporting role in Sony TV's Parvarrish 2 and did shows like Jiji Maa, Ye Ishq Nahin Aasaan, and Maddam Sir before bagging her first lead role in Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin.
