Actor Vikram is now doing a new bilingual film in Tamil and Telugu titled Kandaswamy produced by K Dhanu.

Susi Ganeshan, a one-time assistant of Manirathnam is directing this film. The movie has been titled as Mallanna in Telugu. The Tamil version got underway in Chennai recently. Shreya is the heroine.
