Telugu film industry, which is often remembered for its commercial and masala films, will achieve a new leap this year. It is because a film is being made with an entirely women crew, which is said to be a new record in the Indian film industry.
Legendary director K Balachander's former assistant Hema Reddy is the lady, who is making this rare attempt in her debut film. She has done her filmmaking course from a reputed Australian film institute.
Hema Reddy is introducing Vijaya Sri as a cinematographer and singer Kausalya as a music director. Editing will be handled by Sudha and choreography by Tara.
The movie is produced by JSV Srinivas on the banner Super Cine Entertainments banner . The untitled movie features newcomers Hissar, Supriya and Kuldeep in the lead roles and it will launched in July second week.
