Why Samantha tried to opt out of Bellamkonda's film?

Samantha and Bellamkonda Suresh's issue might have been resolved but her decision to opt out of his flick has lead to many rumours. It was said that the Ye Maaya Chesave actress became greedy and preferred Mahesh Babu's film to Nandini Reddy's movie. However, the truth seems to be different as we hear that Siddharth is the reason behind her walkout attempt.

Grapevine has it that Samantha heard the script from Nandini Reddy in March and she was impressed by the story. She gave nod and allotted dates. However, recently she came to know that the script has been modified. It is because Siddharth wanted more importance to his character and he made the director to reduce her scenes in the movie.

However, Samantha has refused to talk about the issue claiming that the producers guild has asked her not to comment on the issue. But it is not sure whether she has been urged to star in the Bellamkonda Suresh's movie or not.
