Mahesh Babu's SVSC to release as planned

By Ramchander

Mahesh Babu seems to have understood the fact that a delay in a movie release will affect a star's career to some extent. As a result, the actor has asked the makers of his upcoming film Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (SVSC), who were planning to postpone the film, to release it as per their earlier plan.

The buzz is that Dil Raju wanted to release SVSC for next Sankranthi festival. It is understood that the film released during the festive season gets good opening and the producer wished to cash in on this factor. But Mahesh Babu was not happy and he insisted on releasing the upcoming Telugu film as planned before.

Mahesh Babu does not like having lengthy gaps between his films. In the period between 2008-2009, he did not have a single release due to one or the other reason, claims a report.

Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu directed by Srikanth Addala also stars Venkatesh, Samantha, Jayasudha and Anjali. The film is expected to release in October 2012.
