Hundreds of Telugu movies are made every year. Few remain memorable and many don't. Very few actors stay in our memory, fewer actor-actress pair impress us.

When we think about the evergreen pairs on-screen, the first couple to flash is definitely NTR and Savitri. Their on-screen presence was so adept that they made everyone believe their parts. Be it a role of brother and sister in Rakthasambandam, husband and wife in numerous movies such as Missamma, Gundamma Katha, Appu Chesi Pappu Koodu, Paandava Vanavasam, Kanya Shulkam to name a few, and even as an uncle and niece in Mayabazar. They will forever remain the best on-screen couple ever.

Nageswara Rao, though has made many movies with great actresses, the first actress who comes to our minds is Vanishri. Their movies such as Prem Nagar, Secretary, Vichitra Bhandam, Dutta Puthrudu are few of their movies which set a bench mark in their careers.

Other hit couple such as Shobanbabu and Jayasudha, Nageswara Rao and Savitri, NTR and Anjali Devi too remain forever embedded in our memories.

When we come to the next generation, the chemistry between Chiranjeevi and Sridevi, Vijaya Shanti, Radha, Meena. Nagarjuna with Amala, Tabu, Sridevi, Girija (Geetanjali), Ramya Krishna and many more. Venkatesh with Bhanu Priya, Revathi, Sridevi, Simran are forever in our memories.

At last coming to the present generation, the list of hit pairs goes a long way. Here are few such pairs who have made a special place in our memory.

NTR-Savithri

NTR and Savithri will forever remain the best couple on celluloid screen. They literally live in their characters.

ANR-Vanishri

ANR and Vanishri were a rage in their times. People went crazy about their movies such as Prem Nagar and Secretary.

Shoban-Jaya

Shobanbabu and Jayasudha have acted in numerous films together. They remained very good friends.

Chiru-Sridevi

Chiranjeevi had said about Sridevi in an interview, "I like her." Their chemistry in the blockbuster movie Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari was spectacular. Especially in the scene where they would be thrown stones by a mob, and Chiranjeevi tries to protect Sridevi.

Nag-Tabu

Nagarjuna and Tabu made many films together, but their movie Ninne Pelladatha was a huge success. Their on-screen chemistry was such that people believed that there was something going on between them. Tabu is a very good family friend to Nagarjuna even now.

Pawan-Bhumika

Pawan Kalyan and Bhumika's pair in Khushi was a spectacular hit. Their names are mentioned even today when talking about a good looking couple.

Siddharth-Genelia

Bommarillu along with Siddharth and Genelia pair, struck all the right cords. Their chemistry was absurdly good.

Mahesh-Trisha

Mahesh Babu and Trisha's pair in Athadu and Sainikudu was immensely loved by millions. Their pairing has a huge demand.

Nani-Samantha

Eega was such a huge success that Samantha and Nani are pitted against each other in multiple movies after that.

Prabhas-Anushka

Prabhas and Anushka look perfect with each other. Their movie Mirchi showed that their chemistry works wonders. Currently, they are working on a blockbuster budget movie Baahubali.

Allu-Ileana

Allu and Ileana's movie Julayi was a huge hit in Box Office. Their on-screen presence and timing was appreciated by millions.

Ram Charam-Kajal

Ram Charan and Kajal Agarwal set the screen on fire with their movie Maghadeera. They also acted in Nayak after that. Their pair is liked by many.
