S Thaman Copied Anirudh Ravichander's Tunes For Sundeep Kishan's Tiger?

S Thaman made it big in the Telugu film industry in a very less period of time with his rocking numbers. But he has always been alleged for copying tunes from different languages and the latest being the tunes scored by Anirudh Ravichander for Kaththi.

Anirudh is known for his different instrumentation and Kaththi tunes are one good example to talk about his unique sounding. S Thaman also seems to have liked the tunes immensely and hence copied them for his Telugu movie, Tiger starring Sundeep Kishan.

In a grand audio launch that happened in Shilapakala Vedika, yesterday, Sundeep Kishan's Tiger tunes were released into the market. S Thaman scored the music for the film and the theme music he has used for the trailer reminds you of Kaththi teaser track.

This huge resemblance in sound came as a shock for Telugu audience. Even in the past, there were many such similarities. His last big release, Power, starring Ravi Teja and Hansika also had a song that is similar to popular Bollywood track, Saree Ka Fall Sa.

Though it is much evident, Thaman denied these allegations. Thaman has had more than 10 releases last year in Tamil and Telugu whereas he only has two films in his hand in Telugu now. Music lovers opine that he has lost his charm and credibility by repeatedly copying the tunes of others.

However, there are also fans, who argue that there is nothing wrong in copying 1 or 2 tunes until they continue to entertain you. Let us hope Thaman comes up with a fitting reply to all these allegations.
