Contrary
to
the
reports,
the
makers
of
Mahesh
Babu's
Brahmotsavam
said
in
an
official
statement
that
the
film
will
be
hitting
screens
on
13
May
and
the
audio
release
of
the
function
is
slated
to
happen
on
1st
May
at
the
temple
town,
Tirupati.
The
reports
went
viral
yesterday
that,
Brahmotsavam
has
been
pushed
to
May
end,
which
has
disappointed
the
actor's
fans
largely.
However,
a
quick
response
from
the
producer
of
the
film,
PVP,
allowed
them
to
relax.
But,
the
May
sentiment
is
still
haunting
Mahesh
fans.
The
biggest
box-office
duds
in
Mahesh
career,
Nijam
and
Nani
were
also
released
in
May,
and
the
fans
are
hoping
that
Brahmotsavam
grows
above
the
sentiments.
Meanwhile,
when
we
tried
to
check
with
the
shooting
update
of
the
film,
it
is
learnt
that
the
talkie
part
of
the
film
has
been
wrapped
up
and
only
a
couple
of
songs
are
to
be
shot.
Co-starring
Kajal
Aggarwal,
Samantha
and
Pranitha
Subash
the
film
is
laced
around
the
family
relations
and
human
values.
Directed
by
Srikanth
Addala,
the
film
is
being
bankrolled
by
PVP.
Stay
tuned
for
more
updates.
