69th
Annual
National
Film
Awards
2023
have
been
announced.
A
distinctive
jury
have
come
together
for
judging
various
entries
to
name
the
winners
on
August
24
at
an
event
in
Delhi.
The
awards
were
announced
for
feature
film
and
non-feature
film
categories
along
with
writing
for
the
films.
In
31
categories
in
feature
films,
34
categories
in
non-feature
films,
and
3
categories
in
writing
on
cinema.
The
awards
are
being
given
away
for
the
year
2021.
According
to
the
selections
made
by
the
central
jury,
the
winners
were
picked
from
280
entries
in
28
languages
under
feature
films,
158
entires
in
23
languages
for
non-feature
films.
About
22
books
and
11
film
critics
are
in
competition
for
writing
on
cinema
category.
The
Dadasaheb
Phalke
Award
and
Film
Friendly
State
rankings

announced
