In this part, the main character of the story, Barney again meets his old friend or arch-enemy, who was dead in the eyes of the world but has now become a big bomb mafia, and then the Expendables start their work to kill him.  Later there is a new twist in the story.

In this fourth part, the Expendables reach Libya with their new members where they have to stop Rahmat, who is working for Ocelot, from taking the nuclear reactor, in the meantime, the main character of the story, Barney, dies, and this thing  Christmas sets out to take revenge, from where the story begins.
