Jawan, Project K and 4 Others: Check Out The Details of Deepika Padukone's Upcoming Massive Budget Movies

Shah Rukh Khan's  'Jawaan' is one of the highly anticipated movies of 2023. The film is directed by Tamil filmmaker Atlee and features actors Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. Jawaan is a big-budget movie of around Rs 300 crores, which was produced by Gauri Khan under the production company of Red Chillies Entertainment. Billed as an action-adventure drama, 'Jawaan' marks the actor Shah Rukh Khan's comeback to showbiz after his blockbuster hit movie 'Pathaan'. Anirudh Ravichander composed the music for the film. According to the reports, the Pathaan actress Deepika Padukone will be making a guest appearance in the upcoming movie 'Jawaan'. The much-awaited film will be released in theaters on September 7, 2023, in Hindi and it will be dubbed into other languages including Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.

If the reports are to be believed,  filmmaker Ayan Mukherji is busy planning about directing the sequel part of the sci-fi movie 'Brahmastra Part' One-Shiva. In an interview, Ayan revealed that he took ten years to complete the first part of the project, so the second part will also take more time to finish it. As per the reports, actors Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, and Hrithik Roshan will be seen in lead roles. While there has been no official confirmation from the makers about the project.

Project K is a multi-lingual sci-fi drama directed by Nag Ashwin, is popular for his National Award Winning movie 'Mahanati'. Starring Pan Indian actor Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone and Kamal Hassan, the film 'Project' is a must-watch visual treat to audiences with high expected cinematic experience. Various media reports say that the film is being made on a massive budget of Rs 600 crores and it is one of the most expensive movies ever made in Indian cinema. The highly anticipated film has an impressive, star-studded cast with a thrilling storyline. As per the reports, the upcoming sci-fi movie will be released in theaters on January 12, 2024.

After the huge success of 'Pathaan' the action filmmaker Siddharth Anand is waiting for his upcoming spy-thriller movie 'Fighter'. The anticipated film which features actors Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor in the lead role. It also marks the first collaboration of Siddharth Anand and actors Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone. If the reports are to be believed the star cast fees for the film are higher than the production cost of the film. Actress Deepika Padukone who dropped the first look of Hrithik Roshan of the upcoming film 'Fighter on Instagram, had gained the attention of many cinephiles across the nation.  Initially, 'Fighter' was supposed to release on September 23, this year but now the filmmakers postponed the release to the next year on January 25.

'The Intern' is an upcoming project by the actress Deepika Padukone, directed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma. The film is an adaptation of the Hollywood movie 'The Intern in 2015. Like a complete family drama, it marks the reunion of  Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan after 'Piku'.

Mahabharat is an upcoming epic drama, is directed by veteran filmmaker S.S.Rajamouli and features Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir Khan, Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, Ajay Devgn, and among others.  The reports say the Mahabharat film will be made on a big budget of Rs 700 Crore and will be released in theaters in 2025.
