Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan Box Office Day 1 Collection: Salman Khan's Eid releases have always set the cash registers jingling. Be it Dabangg or Bharat, the Bollywood superstar has always created ripples in the theatres with his films during Eid. Eid-al-Fitr 2023 was no different as his new movie released a day before the festival.

Considering the box office collection of Bollywood films after the pandemic, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan has performed reasonably well. While many big-budget movies have failed to strike a chord with the audience, Salman Khan's KKBKKJ set the cash registers jingling on its first day at the box office.

KISI KA BHAI KISI KI JAAN DAY 1 BOX OFFICE COLLECTION

Salman Khan's latest flick collected Rs 15.81 crore on its opening day. Bollywood critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter to share the first day box office collection of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. He revealed that the film performed in the mass pockets as compared to the metro cities. Adarsh added that KKBKKJ needed to perform better on Friday (Eid 2023) to post a respectable total.

DAY 1 COLLECTION: KISI KA BHAI KISI KI JAAN VS SALMAN KHAN'S LAST 9 EID RELEASES

As the first day collection of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is out, here's a look at the comparison of the film with Salman Khan's last nine releases. Dabangg, which released in September 2010, minted Rs 14.50 crore on the opening day. Salman's second last Eid release- Bharat had emerged as one of the biggest openers of Khan's career, raking in Rs 42.30 crore.

Salman's second highest opener on Eid is Sultan, which was directed was Ali Abbas Zafar. The sports drama co-starring Anushka Sharma collected Rs 36.54 crore on the first day.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan also starred Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Venkatesh, Raghav Juyal and Vinali Bhatnagar. The film was directed by Fahad Samji.
