Srikanth Box Office Collection Day 21: Rajkummar Rao is on a roll with two back-to-back movie releases. After winning hearts with his compelling act as bling industrialist Srikanth Bolla in 'Srikanth', the National Award-winning actor is set to impress the audience as an aspiring cricketer in his this Friday release, 'Mr. & Mrs. Mahi'. Rajkummar starrer Srikanth Bolla biopic, which hit cinemas on 10th May, opened to mostly positive reviews from audience and critics alike. The biographical drama clashed with Wes Ball-directed Hollywood sci-fi action-adventure, 'Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes'. After a steady run, Srikanth witnessed a drop in numbers a day before the release of 'Mr. & Mrs. Mahi'.

Directed by Tushar Hiranandani and produced by T-Series and Chalk N Cheese Films Production, Srikanth is based on the real-life story of visually impaired Srikanth Bolla, who overcame his obstacles and became a successful CEO.

Heavily headlined by Rajkummar Rao, the film also features Alaya F, Jyotika and Sharad Kelkar among others in pivotal roles.

Srikanth Sees Drop Ahead Of Mr. & Mrs. Mahi Release

The Rajkummar Rao starrer had a decent opening in cinemas. The movie had raked in Rs 3.41 cr on day 1 and eventually picked up pace during its opening weekend due to the positive word-of-mouth. The movie minted Rs 18.04 cr in week 1 and Rs 32.02 crores in 2nd week, as posted by by T-Series.

According to the latest report published by Sacnilk, Srikanth saw a drop on the last day of its 3rd week and collected around Rs 80 lakhs (early estimates) on third Thursday. The total 21-day collection is now estimated to be around Rs 41.22 crores (rough data).
