Stree 2 Box Office Collection Day 16 Early Update: Shraddha Kapoor-Rajkummar Rao starrer Stree 2 movie continues its historic run at the box office. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the supernatural horror-comedy sequel had a grand Independence Day release, clashing Akshay Kumar's Khel Khel Mein and John Abraham starrer Vedaa. Starring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee, Stree 2 opened to a box office collection of Rs 51.8 cr (excluding paid reviews). The film earned Rs 291.65 cr in week 1, followed by Rs 141.4 cr in 2nd week. The current estimated nett collection of Stree 2 movie now stands at Rs 433.05 cr in 15 days.

According to the latest report published by Sacnilk, the movie has minted around Rs 2.61 cr today (Friday) till 4:30 PM. Given the current buzz, the horror-comedy is expected to see a drop on day 16 and rake in somewhere between Rs 8-12 cr.

Stree 2 Beats KGF Chapter 2 Ahead Of 3rd Weekend?

Stree 2 is on a roll! The movie has already grossed over Rs 530 cr worldwide in 15 days. Today (August 30), on day 16, the film will be surpassing Yash's KGF Chapter 2 Hindi collection. KGF 2's Hindi version made a total of Rs 434.70 crore. Meanwhile, Stree 2's collection (nett) now stands at Rs 435.66 cr (till 4: 30 PM IST).
