Stree 2 Vs Vedaa Vs Khel Khel Mein Box Office Collection Day 3: Bollywood buffs witnessed one of the major clashes of the year on Independence Day 2024 with Stree 2 Vs Vedaa Vs Khel Khel Mein. All the three highly-anticipated films released on the same day (15th August) amid much-anticipation.

As per the latest box office report card, Shraddha Kapoor-Rajkummar Rao starrer horror-comedy sequel continues to remain the first choice for the moviegoers over John Abraham-Sharvari's Vedaa and Akshay Kumar's latest comedy-entertainer. Let's take a look.

Starring Shraddha Kapoor, Rajkumar Rao, Pankaj Tripathi, Aparshakti Khurana and Abhishek Banerjee, Stree 2 is the clear winner in this Independence Day 2024 mega clash. Directed by Amar Kaushik, the supernatural horror-comedy sequel opened to a whopping box office collection of Rs 76.5 cr (including paid reviews)

As per Sacnilk, the film minted around Rs 31.4 cr on day 2 (Friday) and Rs 44 cr on day 3 (Saturday). Now, the total estimated collection stands at Rs 151.9 cr in just 3 days.

Vedaa Box Office Collection Day 3

Inspired by true events, Vedaa, directed by Nikkhil Advani, featured John Abraham and Sharvari in the lead along with Abhishek Banerjee, Tamannaah Bhatia and Ashish Vidyarthi among others in important roles. The film has managed to create a decent buzz amid the Stree 2 tsunami.

As per Sacnilk, the action-drama opened to a collection of Rs 6.3 cr and saw a drop on Friday, earning around 1.8 on day 2, followed by 2.40 cr (early estimates) on first Saturday. The total 3-day collection is now estimated to be around Rs 10.50 cr.

Khel Khel Mein Box Office Collection Day 3

Directed by Mudassar Aziz, Khel Khel Mein boasts an ensemble including names like Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, Ammy Virk, Fardeen Khan, Aditya Seal and Pragya Jaiswal. For those unversed, the comedy-entertainer is the Hindi remake of the 2016 Italian comedy-drama 'Perfect Strangers'.

Ever since the release, KKM has been struggling the most out of the three films. As per Sacnilk, the comedy flick collected Rs 5.05 cr on its opening day, followed by Rs 2.05 cr on Friday. Khel Khel Mein is said to have earned around Rs 2.85 cr (early estimates) on Saturday, taking the total collection to Rs 9.95 cr in 3 days. As per reports, the Akshay starrer has been made on a staggering budget of over R 200 cr.
