Deva Worldwide Box Office Collection Prediction Day 7: Shahid Kapoor starrer 'Deva' was one of the highly-anticipated releases of the year. Despite the strong pre-release buzz, the film is struggling at the box office. Helmed by Malayalam filmmaker Rosshan Andrrews, which marks his Bollywood directorial debut, the Hindi-language cop action-thriller is yet to meet expectations. Even in the overseas market, the movie is struggling to leave a long-lasting mark. Released on 31st January 2025, the film is set to complete its first week in theatres on an underwhelming note.

Featuring Shahid Kapoor as the rebellious hot-headed cop Dev Ambre, Deva stars Pooja Hegde as the leading lady along with Pavail Gulati and Kubbra Sait in important roles. Despite a strong buzz, the film had a lukewarm opening in cinemas with a collection of Rs 5.5 cr on the first day. The positive talks didn't help much to rake in moolah on the opening weekend.
According to Sacnilk, Deva numbers dropped further below yesterday (first Wednesday, Feb 5) and minted around Rs 2.4 cr, taking the total 6-day estimated nett collection to Rs 26.65 cr. The movie has grossed Rs 44.85 cr approximately worldwide with a total overseas collection of around Rs 13 cr in 6 days.

Mounted on a reported budget of Rs 50 cr approximately, the Shahid Kapoor starrer is yet to recover the profit. With the re-releases of 'Padmaavat', 'Bareilly Ki Barfi', 'Sanam Teri Kasam' and 'Interstellar' alongside theatrical releases of Junaid Khan-Khushi Kapoor's 'Loveyapa' and Himesh Reshammiya's 'Badass Ravikumar', Deva is likely to get overshadowed. Given the trend, Deva is expected to earn somewhere between Rs 3-4 cr today (Feb 6, day 7) including the worldwide figures.
If the prediction turns out to be right, Shahid's Deva won't be able to touch the Rs 50 cr-mark today. To note, the movie needs to earn around Rs 5.15 today to cross 50 cr in 1st week.
