Khadaan (Bengali) Collection Day 16: Dev's Film Surpasses Projapati's Lifetime Numbers; Creates NEW Milestone
Khadaan (Bengali) Box Office Collection Day 16: The 'Khadaan' rage has taken the box office by storm nationwide. Bengali superstar Dev (Dev Adhikari) returned to the massy genre after years with this Soojit Dutta directorial. Ever since the release, the Bengali-language film has been receiving rave reviews from the audience and critics alike all across the Bengal. Following the stupendous success, the Dev starrer released nationwide on 3rd January 2025. As the film is currently enjoying its glorious 3rd weekend, the film has already achieved a new milestone.

Starring Dev, Jisshu Sengupta, Barkha Bisht, John Bhattacharya, and Idhika Paul among others, Khadaan is in no mood to stop at the box office anytime soon. Released on 20th December 2024, clashing with Subhashree's 'Shontaan', Khadaan marks the second-highest opening Bangla film ever. Amid the positive response, the film went on to rake in Rs 7.26 cr in its first week. The film also became the fastest Bengali film to enter to the Rs 10 cr-club.
Yesterday, the makers of the film, Dev Entertainment Ventures and Surinder Films, took to Instagram announced that the film scored over Rs 12.3 cr in 15 days domestically.
According to The Top India website, Khadaan's 16 day-total collection is reported to be at Rs 13.20 cr. That means, the movie is expected to earn around Rs 90 lakhs on its 3rd Saturday (yesterday).
Khadaan (Bengali) Box Office: Dev Starrer Creates New Milestone
According to West Bengal Box Office's twitter page, the total worldwide collection Khadaan has surpassed the lifetime collection of Dev-Mithun Chakraborty's 2022 hit film 'Projapati'.
As per their tweet, Khadaan is now the 4th highest-grossing Bengali film worldwide after 'Amazon Obhijaan', 'Chander Pahar' and 'Bohurupi'.
