Mastiii 4 Vs 120 Bahadur Box Office Collection Day 2 Early Update: The big Friday clash at the Bollywood box office turned out to be louder in buzz than in numbers. Riteish Deshmukh's comedy sequel Mastiii 4 and Farhan Akhtar's war epic 120 Bahadur hit theatres yesterday (Nov 21), instantly sparking conversations among moviegoers, trade watchers, and franchise loyalists. With one being a nostalgia-driven adult comedy and the other a high-octane patriotic drama, the contrast between the two films added extra excitement to the showdown. Social media was buzzing, advance bookings drew attention, and early reviews stirred curiosity-but despite all this noise, both films found themselves struggling to deliver a solid box office punch.

Still, the clash was undeniably one of the most interesting face-offs of 2025 so far-two completely different genres, two established stars, and two loyal fan bases trying to pull audiences back to theatres.

Mastiii 4 (Masti 4) 2 Days Collection Early Trend

On one side stands Mastiii 4, the much-talked-about fourth installment of the popular Masti franchise. Reuniting the OG trio Riteish Deshmukh, Vivek Oberoi, and Aftab Shivdasani, the adult comedy ventured into cinemas with high nostalgia value. Directed by Milap Zaveri, the film, however, opened to an underwhelming response. Mastiii 4 earned ₹2.75 crore on Day 1, emerging as the second-biggest opener in the franchise.

But the momentum seems to be slipping. As per Sacnilk's real-time Day 2 data, the film is yet to match its opening numbers and has managed to collect around ₹1.79 crore till 9 PM, hinting at a downward trend despite the big Friday start. Currently, the total numbers are estimated to be at ₹ 4.54 cr.

120 Bahadur 2 Days Collection Early Trend

On the other end of the clash is 120 Bahadur, a gritty war drama inspired by real-life events. Featuring Farhan Akhtar as Major Shaitan Singh, the film is helmed by Razneesh 'Razy' Ghai and backed by Excel Entertainment. According to early estimates by Sacnilk, the film collected ₹2.25 crore on Day 1.

Thanks to positive word-of-mouth, the movie recorded a healthy jump on Saturday (Nov 22), already surpassing its opening day tally, a promising sign for its weekend trend. Till 9:00 pm, the movie has already added around ₹ 2.84 cr, taking the overall numbers to ₹ 5.09 cr (approx.), as of now.

After trailing by a narrow margin on its opening day, Farhan Akhtar's 120 Bahadur has made a strong comeback at the box office. The patriotic drama picked up pace on Day 2, giving the weekend clash an interesting twist. With solid growth fuelled by positive word-of-mouth, 120 Bahadur is now leading the race by nearly ₹54 lakh over Riteish, Vivek and Aftab's Mastiii 4, emerging as the stronger performer in this face-off so far.
