Sikandar Storyline

Sanjay Rajkot, known as "Sikandar," is the king of Rajkot, Gujarat, married to Saisri, a painter. During a flight, Arjun, the son of Minister Rakesh Pradhan, threatens Monica, a former porn actress, to expose her past in exchange for sex. Sanjay intervenes, forcing Arjun to apologize. The next day, Minister Rakesh hires Inspector Prakash to arrest Sanjay, but he's released when Prakash's senior officers intervene.

Saisri feels distant from Sanjay, who often forgets special occasions. One day, she learns she's pregnant but can't share the news before a crisis arises. Sanjay rushes to stop an attack involving explosives, and Saisri follows. Tragically, she is caught in a bomb blast, succumbs to her injuries, and donates her organs. Her lungs, eyes, and heart are transplanted to recipients in Mumbai.

Sanjay learns about the recipients: Kamar, who suffers from lung disease caused by pollution from businessman Virat Bakshi; Vaidehi, who struggles with family issues affecting her business; and Nisha, whose heart transplant is failing. Determined to help, Sanjay seeks justice and healing in their lives.
