Plot

The Movie Costao is a biography of Costao Fernandes. Costao Fernandes, a modest customs officer, rises to fame for his brilliant tactics in curbing smuggling in Goa. But everything changes when he kills a notorious drug lord in self-defence — setting off a chain of explosive consequences.
