Plot

Ek Chatur Naar is a 2025 Hindi film directed by Umesh Shukla, revolving around Mamta (Divya Khosla), a clever Lucknow resident who feigns innocence to navigate tricky situations. When she discovers a phone belonging to wealthy businessman Abhishek (Neil Nitin Mukesh) containing details of a major government scam, she begins blackmailing him, setting off a high-stakes game of wits that stretches from the slums to the corridors of power. Mamta, a single mother living with her overbearing mother-in-law (Chhaya Kadam), uses her intelligence and resourcefulness to turn the tables in her favor. The film blends comedy and thriller elements, though some critics felt it fell short of expectations in delivering a fully engaging experience.
