Junglemahal: The Awakening Story

Junglemahal: The Awakening is a horror thriller movie written and directed by Arunava Chowdhury. The movie stars Masoomeh Ab and Aditya Baliyan in the lead roles, along with Farhad Khairy, Suraiya Parvin, Amit Raina, and many others in supporting roles.

Arunava Chowdhury handled the cinematography and the film editing, while Luis Lopez Pinto composed the soundtracks and the background score for this film. Junglemahal: The Awakening is produced by Arunava Chowdhury under the banner of Runava Chowdhury Productions.

Plot

A gang of adventurers goes through the dense forest reserves to visit the recovery camps in a story that is partially based on real-life events that occurred in the monsoon in the mid-1980s during the revolt of naxalites in the eastern Ghat range. The area began experiencing a number of strange occurrences because the location was not what it appeared to be.
