Parmanu - The Story Of Pokhran is a 2018 Bollywood action-drama, helmed by Abhishek Sharma. The movie stars John Abraham, Diana Penty and Boman Irani in the lead roles.

The movie is based on India's first successful nuclear bomb test conducted by Indian Army at Pokhran, Rajasthan in 1998. The official first poster of Parmanu - The Story Of Pokhran was unveiled by John Abraham through his official Twitter handle on 22 June 2017.

The film is a reconstruction of one of the most pivotal events in the history of modern India. It documents the 1998 Pokhran II tests in which India sneakily conducted a series of three nuclear bomb test explosions under utmost secrecy right under the nose of the CIA spy satellites.
