Samay - When Time Strikes Story

Samay: When Time Strikes is a psychological thriller about a serial killer(Jackie Shroff) who murders his victims at a certain time and makes sure that the hands of his slain victims show the time of murder. ACP Malavika Chauhan(Sushmita Sen) in charge of the case does everything in her power to capture the killer but is unaware that the killer is actually targeting her. ACP Chauhan finds just 1 similarity among all the victims.

All of them seem to have defective eyesight and have the same eye power -2. Based on this she interprets the intentions of her killer and targets him during his next killing. Whether ACP Chauhan successfully stops the killer from performing the final steps of his task forms the crux of the movie.
