Trial Period Story

Trial Period is a 2023 Bollywood comedy family drama film written and directed by Aleya Sen Sharma, while the screenplay was penned by Shiv Singh. Genelia Dsouza, Manav Kaul, and Zidane Braz star in the lead roles, along with Sheeba Chaddha, Gajraj Rao, Shakti Kapoor, Manav Kaul, and many other supporting roles.

Manoj Kumar Khatoi handled the film's cinematography, and Shahnawaz Mosani oversaw the film's editing. The soundtracks and background music were composed by Arko Pravo Mukherjee. This movie was produced by Jyoti Deshpande under the banner of Chrome Pictures. Jio Studios handles the film distribution, and they decided to release it on their own streaming service.

Plot

Trial Period is a heartwarming comedy-drama about a single mother whose world is turned upside down when her son demands a new father on a 30-day "trial period." This leads to the arrival of a simple yet affable man from Ujjain, who is in stark contrast to them. As they navigate through the challenges of an unconventional family dynamic, their distinct personalities clash. But through it all, they learn to love and support each other, forming unexpected bonds that will last a lifetime.
