SRK On Jawan: Shah Rukh Khan, the renowned Bollywood superstar, made a highly anticipated comeback to the big screen with Sidharth Anand's Pathaan earlier this year, following a four-year hiatus. The spy thriller, which also featured Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, shattered numerous box office records, emerging as a colossal blockbuster.

Since then, his devoted fans have eagerly anticipated his next project, Atlee's Jawan. Amidst his busy schedule, Shah Rukh Khan took the time to interact with fans on Twitter and conducted a special #AskSRK session on June 25.

Today's session was special as SRK's hit film Deewana was released on this day 31 years ago. Sharing the same, he tweeted, "Wow just realised it's 31 yrs to the day when Deewana hit the screens. It's been quite a ride mostly a good one. Thanks all and we can do 31 minutes of #AskSRK??"

During the session, Khan graciously responded to a range of intriguing questions posed by fans. However, one particular tweet managed to capture everyone's attention.

One of the superstar's fans took the opportunity and informed Shah Rukh Khan that his friend wants a role in his much-hyped movie Jawan. Yes, you read that right!

The tweet read, "Sir Mera ek dost hai usko Jawan me ek role chahie, uske lie mujhe kya karna padega....?" As SRK is known for his wit and humour, he gave and interesting reply and said, "Pyaar se dost ko samjhana padhega ki aisa nahi hoga...."

Initially scheduled for a June release, Jawan has now been postponed to September 7, 2023. It will be released in Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil, catering to a wider audience.
