What character are you playing in Khel Khel Mein?

In the song, Hauli Hauli, you can see that Akshay says a dialogue that he is going for a wedding, his wife's sister's wedding. So, I am playing the sister in the film. My character is very important as it is driving the story ahead; it gives a curve to the story.

How was the experience of working with the stars like Akshay Kumar, Taapsee Pannu, Vaani Kapoor, and others?

It was really amazing. I have worked with Akshay sir before for an ad film, so it was equally fun. It is an ensemble cast, everybody has a different approach and different energy, and when all the energy come together it is a blast. It was so much fun performing scenes and so much to learn from everybody.

A lot of actors have spoken that on the set supporting actors are not treated well; did you face any such thing while shooting for Khel Khel Mein?

Not at all! It was an amazing experience. I was staying in the same hotel as Taapsee and Vaani. The director had a very different approach for the supporting cast from day 1. Mudassar sir briefed me in a way like I am the most important character of the film. He gave me the time and attention that an actor needs on the set.

Do you think your equation with your friends might change if they come to know the secrets in your phone?

It actually depends if we are sitting amongst common friends. But, I don't think it will make much of a difference. There are like different bonds and connections you have with everybody, each to its own.

Do you have a list of directors and actors you wish to work with?

I really want to work with Imtiaz Ali, Sanjay sir (Leela Bhansali). In actors, I really want to work with Radhika Apte, Vijay Sethupathi, Alia Bhatt. So, these actors and directors are on my bucket list.

Tell us something about your upcoming projects...

I am working on a web series, but I cannot talk about it. It is going on floors this year for sure.
