Exclusive! Khel Khel Mein Actor Gaurav Manwane Says, "Working With Akshay Kumar Was On My Bucket List"

Khel Khel Mein starring Akshay Kumar, Vaani Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Taapsee Pannu, Pragya Jaiswal, Ammy Virk, and Aditya Seal has received positive reviews, but the film has failed to take a good opening at the box office. Apart from the leads, the movie also stars other talented actors and one of them is Gaurav Manwane who makes his debut with the film.

Filmibeat recently interacted with Gaurav and when asked him about what kind of feeling he is going through as he is making his debut, the actor said, "I'm pretty excited and I'm looking forward to this one. I feel, it's actually surreal for me, and it's like a dream come true for me. It's my first film. I have worked alongside a stellar cast including my childhood hero Akshay Kumar. I've been a huge fan of his work for years and this opportunity is almost magical. I couldn't have asked for something better."

Gaurav plays a small but a prominent role Khel Khel Mein. When asked him if he was hesitant to take up the role as he is not playing one of the leads in the movie, the actor said, "No. Actually, saying yes to Khel Khel Mein was an immediate decision because it is my first film and I am getting an opportunity to work with Akshay Kumar. Working with AK sir was in my bucket list, I always wanted to work with him and I have admired him for years. Also, my character is prominent, the entire wedding chunk includes me. So, it is not that like he just comes and goes; it is visible and established, and it is making some change in the story as well. So, as a newcomer, I feel Khel Khel Mein would provide me with an incredible learning experience and a platform to showcase my ability. So, it is a big thing for me."
