Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Neetu Kapoor, along with Raha Kapoor, were often seen visiting the construction site of their bungalow in the past few years. The first look of RanLia's fully-ready new luxurious abode is going viral on the internet.

Located in Palli Hill, the exterior of the six-storey building follows the grey-and-white color theme with sleek white railings. According to reports, the family might move in to their new house either in Diwali or Christmas this year.

As per repots, the price of the newly-constructed Krishna Raj Bungalow is said to be valued over Rs 250 crores. Yes, you read that right!

A Bollywood Life report had previously stated, "The house has cost more than ₹250 crore once it's all done. This will become the most expensive bungalow in the Mumbai area, compared with Amitabh Bachchan 's Jalsa."

It was earlier said that RK had planned to register the house under his daughter Raha's name. Reportedly, Neetu Kapoor will co-own the house with her grand-daughter.

On the work front, Ranbir will next be seen in Nitesh Tiwari's 'Ramayana'. He also has 'Animal Park', Sanjay Leela Bhansali's 'Love & War', among others. RK is also rumoured to feature in YRF's 'Dhoom 4'.

On the other hand, Alia is currently busy shooting for YRF's female-led spy-universe film 'Alpha' with Sharvari. She will also be seen in 'Love & War' alongside Ranbir and Vicky Kaushal.
