Stree 2 Release: Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao are all set for the theatrical release of their much-hyped movie, Stree 2. Directed by Amar Kaushik and written by Niren Bhatt, it is the sequel to the 2018 blockbuster Stree and the fifth film in the Maddock horror-comedy universe after Stree, Roohi, Bhediya, and Munjya.

Amid a huge buzz and expectations, Stree 2 is finally going to be released tomorrow (August 15), on the occasion of Independence Day, and promises an engaging cinematic experience.

Produced by Dinesh Vijan and Jyoti Deshpande under the banner of Maddock Films and Jio Studios, Stree 2 has been creating significant buzz ever since its trailer release. The movie revolves around Chanderi being haunted by a headless creature who is abducting women.

The sequel continues the story from where the first film left off, bringing audiences back to the mysterious town of Chanderi. Tamannaah Bhatia joins the cast as Shama, a role she was first introduced in during a special appearance in the song Aaj Ki Raat.

The Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has given Stree 2 a U/A rating, recommending parental supervision for children under 12. The film has a duration of 2 hours, 29 minutes, and 29 seconds.
