Vedaa Trailer Release Time Revealed: After the record-breaking success of 'Pathaan' (2023), John Abraham is all set to be back on big screens with his next - 'Vedaa'. Directed by Nikkhil Advani, the action-saga also stars 'Munjya' actress Sharvari as the female lead. Inspired by true events, the action drama is also co-produced by the 'Dhoom' actor. The much-anticipated trailer is set to be dropped today (August 1).

Produced by John Abraham, Zee Studios, and Emmay Entertainment, Vedaa stars John Abraham and Sharvari in the lead along with Tamannaah Bhatia and Abhishek Banerjee among others in important roles. The film is based on current events.

As per reports, Vedaa revolves around the story of a young woman (played by Sharvari), who faces and resists a repressive system against portrayal of an antagonist.

"Vedaa is a story of bravery, of the power of one. It is the story of an uprising, of challenging a draconian system. It is the story of a young woman who fought back, steered and championed by the one man she believed was her saviour, who became her weapon. It is the story of a man who found himself in helping Vedaa find justice," the official synopsis reads.

After a lot of hiccups Vedaa has recently been certified U/A by the revising committee of the Central Board of Film Certification without a single cut. The film will be releasing in cinemas on 15th August 2024, clashing with Rajukmmar Rao-Shraddha Kapoor's Stree 2 and Akshay Kumar starrer 'Khel Khel Mein'.
