THIS 90s superstar actress, who comes from the biggest film family in Bollywood, has worked with all the Khans - Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Saif Ali Khan. This National Award-winning actress stepped into Hindi film industry when she was just 17 years old. Today, we are talking about Karisma Kapoor. Randhir Kapoor and Babita Kapoor's eldest daughter Karisma Kapoor had made her Bollywood debut with 'Qaidi' (1991) becoming the first Kapoor daughter to join films.

From 'Dil Toh Pagal Hai' to 'Raja Hindustani', 'Hum Saath Saath Hain', 'Andaz Apna Apna', 'Biwi No. 1', 'Hero No. 1' and 'Dulhan Hum Le Jayenge' to name a few, Karisma Kapoor delivered several back-to-back blockbuster films and became one of the most sought-after actresses in the 90s.

In 2003, while being at the peak of her career, Karisma decided to quit films and got married to Delhi0based businessman Sunjay Kapur. However, things were rocky in their marriage since the beginning.

Things between Karisma and Sunjay had turned ugly and the couple got divorced through mutual consent in 2014 after 11 years of marriage. As per several reports surfacing online, Lolo had once stated that during their honeymoon, Sunjay had tried to auction her and even forced her to sleep with his friends.

"When we were on our honeymoon, Sanjay had quoted my price with his friends. He even forced me to spend a night with his friends. Sanjay used to hit me a lot and I used to hide the wounds by applying makeup on my face. When things went out of control, I had no option left but to file a police complaint, (sic)" Karisma was quoted saying.

Karisma Kapoor returned to acting with the 2000 series 'Mentalhood'. She was also seen alongside Sara Ali Khan, Vijay Varma and Pankaj Tripathi in the Netflix film 'Murder Mubarak'. She will next be seen in Surya Sharma in the upcoming web series 'Brown'.
