Dharmendra breathed his last at his residence in Mumbai, due to an age-related illness. The Sholay actor's last rites were held at Pawan Hans crematorium, where his second wife, Hema Malini and their elder daughter, Esha Deol were seen arriving at the funeral in an emotional state.

The legendary actor's second wife, the celebrated Bollywood actress Hema Malini, was seen arriving at Pawan Hans crematorium in a deeply emotional state this afternoon. Before the Sulthana Razia actress arrived, the duo's elder daughter, Esha Deol was also seen arriving at the funeral in white. As expected, the mother-daughter duo was utterly devastated with the passing of Dharmendra and was in no situation to address the media.

Both Hema Malini and Esha were often spotted at the hospital along with the rest of the Deol family ever since Dharam Ji's health deteriorated. However, the Pratigya actor was soon shifted back to his Juhu residence after he showed slight improvement in health. For the uninitiated, Dharmendra had been living with his first wife, Prakash Kaur, for the last few years. He and Hema Malini were living separately, citing his health issues as the main reason.
