As per reports, he'd suffered a massive heart attack due to the bee sting in his throat and collapsed right there. Last Sunday (June 22), a prayer meet was held at the Taj Palace hotel in Delhi. Both Karisma (ex-wife) and Priya (3rd wife) were spotted together while paying their last emotional respect to the late businessman.

Days after the untimely and shocking death of Sunjay Kapur, a throwback interview of his wife Priya Sachdev goes viral on the internet. She spoke about her first meeting with Sunjay, followed by her relationship with Karisma and her kids.

In a conversation with Kin and Kindness on YouTube, the Nil 'n' Nikki actress got candid and recalled how she first met her husband, Sunjay. Did you know Priya Sachdev had met Sunjay for the first time when he was still married to Karisma? Getting candid, Priya was quoted as saying, "I think I was just divorced. I had moved back, and we met through common friends, and we met on a flight, actually, where we started chatting. I knew of him. We knew of each other. We weren't very close friends, but we just got on a flight. I had a store in Mumbai. I was going for work. He was married, and his wife and children were living in Bombay at the time. (sic)"

Previously, Priya had called husband Sunjay Kapur's marriage with Karisma Kapoor 'unconventional'. "It was also not a conventional marriage, I would say, but a marriage that he also had two beautiful children from, and we loved them dearly, and today, we are one beautiful family, blended family, but yes, that's how we met, and we got married in 2017, (sic)" she stated as reported by SCREEN.

During the same interview with Kin and Kindness, Priya Sachdev also spoke about her equation with her husband's ex-wife Karisma Kapoor. "So we have family groups. We've created a Kapoor family group and then they have another Kapoor family group with their mother... and with their mother also Sanjay and I have had many conversations together. I call her Lolo. We invited her for tea over to the house and then after that from one tea led to a dinner and she has also joined us on a few family vacations, (sic)" she said.

Adding further, she revealed how their children played a major role in renting everyone. "The children have also requested me, saying, 'Mama doesn't have a plan... can we invite her?' Because we don't want her to feel [left out]... and I was like of course she's more than welcome because I'm confident about my relationship with my husband and she's in a very good space and she wants the children to bond with the father and so everyone's grown out of their own insecurities and issues and we've had conversations like it's not about us anymore or our insecurities or our issues. (sic)"

"Now the children are more important. We made choices, we brought these innocent children into this world and our responsibility now is to give them a good life where they feel safe, loved, appreciated, and understood, (sic)" Priya concluded.
