Nirmal Kapoor Death: Boney Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor's beloved mother Nirmal Kapoor passed away on Friday (May 2) due to old-age-related illness. She was 90 years old. As per reports, Nirmal Kapoor breathed her last on Friday evening at around 5:45 PM at the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Mumbai. Ever since then, paparazzi have been stationed outside Kapoor's Lokhandwala residence, capturing everyone coming in to pay their last respects.

Later in the evening on Friday, a devastated Anil Kapoor was seen bringing his late mom's mortal remains to the residence. In a video, doing rounds all over the internet, the actor was seen carrying Nirmal Kapoor's mortal remains as he was sitting inside the ambulance with his younger brother Sanjay Kapoor and nephew Anil Kapoor. Several pictures and videos from outside the Kapoor residence are dominating our Instagram feed right now. One of the videos is facing a lot of heat on the internet by netizens over accusations of invading their privacy.

Nirmal Kapoor, who was married to the noted producer Surinder Kapoor, is survived by her four children, Boney Kapoor, Reena Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Kapoor, and grandkids.

The funeral of late Nirmal Kapoor took place earlier today (Saturday, May 3), at around 11:30 AM, at the the Pawan Hans Crematorium in Mumbai's Vile Parle. This morning, veteran producer Boney Kapoor took to his Instagram handle and issued an official statement on his mother's demise. Sharing a heartbreaking note, the 69-year-old captioned his post as "Maa 😔".

The note read, "Passed away peacefully on the 2nd of May, 2025, surrounded by her beloved family. She lived a full and joyful life, leaving behind four devoted children, loving daughters-in-law, a caring son-in-law, eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a lifetime of treasured memories. Her generous spirit and boundless love touched all who knew her. She will remain in our hearts-forever cherished, and forever missed. Boney, Anil, Reena, Sanjay, Sunita, Sandeep, Maheep, Mohit, Akshay, Sonam, Arjun, Rhea, Harshvarrdhan, Anshula, Janhvi, Shanaya, Khushi, Jahaan, Antara, Anand, Aashita, Karan Thea, Vayu, Ayra, Yuvaan. (sic)"

Meanwhile, a paparazzi video from yesterday, post the demise of Nirmal Kapoor, has been grabbing a lot eyeballs on the internet. In the video, 'The Archies' actress Khushi Kapoor, Nirmal Kapoor's granddaughter, can be seen shocked and visibly irritated after the paps zoom inside their living room to capture a video. She was apparently having a serious conversation with her family after they gathered inside the Kapoor residence post Nirmal Kapoor's death.

When a grieving Khushi noticed the paparazzi zooming into their house, she got up from her seat immediately.
