Ramayana (2026) Trailer Release Updates: The countdown has officially started! After the mega promotional event, Pratham Sankalp, in New Delhi, the Ramayana team jetted off to San Diego for the grand trailer launch of one of the biggest Indian film releases of the year, Ramayana.

Directed by Nitesh Tiwari, the magnum opus - Ramayana - has been slated to release in two parts. While Ramayana Part 1 is set to arrive in cinemas this year on Diwali, the second part will hit cinemas in Diwali 2027.

The buzz and anticipation around Nitesh Tiwari's adaptation of the mythological epic Ramayana are at an all-time high. Ranbir Kapoor portrays the role of Lord Ram, the prince of Ayodhya, and will be seen locking horns with Yash's Ravana. South queen Sai Pallavi will be seen as Sita Maa.

The Ramayana team will unveil the highly anticipated Ramayana trailer at the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC) event on Thursday (July 23) local time. Hosted by journalist Coy Jandreau, the Ramayana trailer launch panel will feature the key members - Ranbir, Yash, director Nitesh Tiwari and producer Namit Malhotra.

Ramayana Trailer Release Time In India: When Is Ranbir Kapoor's Ramayana Movie Trailer Likely To Be Dropped In India?

The Ramayana trailer launch at the Comic Con event on a large scale now has all the attention. As per the official schedule, the Ramayana panel will take place on Thursday between 3:15 PM and 4:15 PM (PDT) at the iconic 4,800-seat ballroom at SDCC.

In India, fans will have to wait a lil longer due to the time difference. Reportedly, PVR Pictures has announced that Ramayana trailer will be dropped in India on Friday morning at around 10:00 AM IST across digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, and Twitter) and theatres. However, a Variety India report suggests that the trailer is scheduled to debut in India around 8:00 AM.
