Looking at the popularity of OTT platforms, many makers are even opting to directly release their movies on these streaming platforms rather than in theatres. This week has an exciting lineup of shows and movies that one must look forward to.

From Shah Rukh Khan's "Jawan" to Sushmita Sen's "Aarya 3," here's a list of shows and films viewers can relish this weekend.

The web series is the tale of a youthful female private investigator who gets into a world where she finds it difficult to discover herself. Tanya Maniktala, Parambrata Chattopadhyay, and Vinay Pathak will be seen in the lead roles. The series comprises a total of eight episodes, promising an intriguing narrative. The show is releasing on November 3 on Prime Video.

Jawan

Starring Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara in the lead, the biggest Hindi movie of the year, Jawan, has been dropped on Netflix after two months of its release. On the occasion of SRK's 58th birthday, the film is about a vigilante who rectifies corruption in Indian society. SRK has a dual role in Jawan and has been directed by Atlee.

Aarya 3

Sushmita Sen is returning with the third installment of her acclaimed action crime thriller show Aarya 3 on November 3. The show will stream on Disney Hotstar and follow Sen's character, who runs a drug business. Its synopsis reads: "A widow seeks revenge against those who killed her husband." It also features Sikander Kher, Indraneil Sengupta, and Vikas Kumar.

UT69

UT69 is a satire comedy movie that marks Shilpa Shetty's husband and businessman Raj Kundra's debut in acting. The film will release in theatres on Friday, November 3, and is based on Kundra's life and the struggles he faced during his stay inside the prison in 2021 after his arrest in the pornography content distribution and creation case.

Koffee With Karan 8

Koffee With Karan 8, hosted by Karan Johar, made its premiere last Thursday. The second episode has already been dropped on Hotstar and features the famous sibling duo Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol.

Scam 2003: The Telgi Story - Volume 2

Hit Scam 2003 is based on the life of Abdul Karim Telgi, who executed the infamous 2003 stamp paper counterfeiting scandal worth Rs 30,000 crore. The Telgi Story: Volume 2 features Gagan Dev Rirar, Mukesh Tiwari, Sana Amin Sheikh, Bharat Jadhav, and Shaad Randhawa and will release on November 3 on SonyLiv.

Takeshi's Castle

Get ready to laugh just like we used to do in our childhood as everyone's favourite popular Japanese game show, Takeshi's Castle, premiered today, November 2, on Amazon Prime Video. In the show, contestants compete in challenging tasks to take over a fictional castle, evoking laughter. Popular YouTuber Bhuvan Bam, as his character Titu Mama, will be doing the voiceover for the show.

Temptation Island India

The hit international show Temptation Island India is making its way to India tomorrow, Friday, on Jio Cinema. The dating reality show will be hosted by Karan Kundrra and Mouni Roy.
