Today (Sunday), Jisshu Sengupta's Bengal Tigers and Sonu Sood's Punjab De Sher faced off at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi for the first match.

What a match a heart-thumping match it was! The first match of CCL 2025 Day 2, Bengal Tigers vs Punjab De Sher, finally got its winner. It's none other than Bengal Tigers. Jisshu Sengupta's team has won the first fight of CCL 2025 Delhi-leg match. They defeated Punjab De Sher, captained by Sonu Sood, by 8 wickets.
Announcing the same on Instagram, the official Ig handle of CCL captioned it, "After a battle of grit, skill, and passion, we have our Winners @bengaltigersteam @senguptajisshu ! What a match, what a performance!"

In the first inning, Bengal Tigers made 110 runs in the loss of 2 tickets, while Punjab De Sher scored 111 runs with 5 tickets. The match turned intense in the second innings. The Bengal team made 84 runs with 2 tickets and Punjab's team could manage 82 runs with the loss for 7 wickets.
