However, the show's momentum came to an abrupt halt following the recent controversy involving YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia. The backlash forced Samay Raina to take drastic action, ultimately leading him to delete all episodes of India's Got Latent from his channel, marking a major setback in his digital journey.

In a recent episode of India's Got Latent, which featured well-known digital creators like Ashish Chanchlani, Jaspreet Singh, and Apoorva Mukhija (The Rebel Kid), the show unexpectedly became the center of controversy. The uproar stemmed from a disturbing question posed by Ranveer Allahbadia to a contestant: "Would you rather witness your parents having s*x every day for the rest of your life or join in once to stop it forever?"

The unsettling remark quickly went viral, triggering widespread backlash on social media. Viewers condemned the inappropriate nature of the question, sparking heated discussions about the show's content. Amid the growing outrage, Samay Raina took to social media to express his disappointment over the controversy and subsequently announced the deletion of all episodes from his channel.

Since then, Samay Raina fans have been eagerly awaiting the comeback of India's Got Latent. However, it looks like that is going to take some time as YouTuber and podcaster Ranveer Allahbadia, India's Got Latent host Samay Raina, and digital creator Apoorva Mukhija have been prohibited from broadcasting any shows until further notice. Yes, you read that right!

On Tuesday, the Supreme Court reprimanded YouTuber Ranveer Allahbadia for his offensive remarks on the YouTube show, calling his behavior unacceptable. Despite the strong criticism, the court granted him protection from arrest in multiple FIRs registered against him in various states, including Maharashtra and Assam.

The case was heard by a two-judge bench comprising Justice Surya Kant and Justice Kotiswar Singh. Representing Allahbadia was advocate Abhinav Chandrachud, son of former Chief Justice of India DY Chandrachud. The court expressed serious disapproval of Allahbadia's comments, warning that freedom of speech does not give anyone the right to make inappropriate or objectionable statements.
