A Dog's Journey Story

A Dog's Journey is a comedy-drama based on the novel of the same name by W. Bruce Cameron. Directed by Gail Mancuso, this film is a sequel to the 2017 film, A Dog's Purpose. This movie is a joint venture of Amblin Entertainment, Reliance Entertainment, Walden Media And Alibaba Pictures.

This film mainly portrays the multiple lives of Bailey, the dog filled with love, friendship, and devotion. Ethan and his wife Hannah were living in Michigan farm with their favorite pet Bailey. Ethan has a baby granddaughter Calista Jane (CJ) to whom Bailey is attached a lot. The problem arises when CJ's mom takes CJ away from them. Grief-stricken Bailey before dying promises to Ethan that he will find CJ in new life and protect her at any cost. How Bailey finds and unites with CJ in the next life forms the crux of the story.
