Cairo Time Story

Cairo Time is a film by Canadian director Ruba Nadda. It is a drama about a happily married wife of a Canadian diplomat who is seduced by Egypt and begins an affair with her host.

 Juliette (played by Patricia Clarkson) is a magazine editor who arrives in Egypt to meet up with her husband Mark (McCamus) who is delayed due to work in Gaza. Her husband sends his long-time friend Tareq, a retired Egyptian police officer (played by Alexander Siddig), to pick her up and be her contact while he is gone. But it can't be denied that there's a mutual attraction between the two. They try to resist each other but will they succeed?
