Martha Marcy May Marlene movie is about one an young woman Martha, who flees from ambiguous element, a cult. A group of young people led by a charismatic leader, Patrick.  

Lucy who is Martha's elder sister, once receives a call from Martha asking to pick her home. Martha, who has been missing for months slowly begins to grasp her sister's family.

As her paranoia was increasing, this lead her to belive that Patrick and his cult may still be watching her every minute.
