The Crow Story

The Crow, directed by Rupert Sanders, is a gothic supernatural film featuring Bill Bill Skarsgard and FKA Twigs in the lead roles. This adaptation, inspired by the comic book series created by James O’Barr, is produced by Victor Hadida, Molly Hassell, John Jencks, and Edward R. Pressman, with Dan Farah as the executive producer. The supporting cast includes Danny Huston, David Bowles, Laura Birn, Sami Bouajila, and Jordan Bolger.

The original 1994 film is particularly notorious for the tragic accidental death of Brandon Lee during production. This new installment, the fifth in The Crow franchise, continues the series' tradition of exploring themes of vengeance and resurrection within a visually captivating, gothic atmosphere.


Movie Plot
The Crow tells the haunting story of Eric Draven, a young musician who, along with his fiancé, is brutally murdered on the night before their Halloween wedding. Exactly one year later, Eric is resurrected by a mystical crow to seek vengeance against those responsible for their deaths. Driven by a supernatural force, he must confront his killers and make them pay for their crimes, all while navigating the dark, gothic landscape of his own resurrection.

The Crow is set to premiere in theaters on August 30, 2024.
