Oscars 2015 Predictions: Best Picture Nominations

The award season is here and after the 72nd Golden Globes which was held on Sunday evening, it is time to prepare for the Oscars.

Before the nominations for the film industry's biggest awards, Oscars is announced on January 15, we can clearly create a list of nominees based on the winners and losers at the Golden Globes 2015.

Academy Awards 2015 nominations will be announced on Thursday and the prestigious statuettes will be handed out on Feb. 22 to the deserving winners.

GOLDEN GLOBES 2015 COMPLETE WINNERS LIST

Golden Globes 2015 was a big shock as some of the best winning movies did not get even a single win at the ceremony which was held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills in California. For example, The Imitation Game was nominated Best Motion Picture - Drama, Best Actor in a Motion Picture - Drama (Benedict Cumberbatch), Best Supporting Actress in a Motion Picture (Keira Knightley) and Best Original Score. Unfortunately, the movie did not win even a single award.

Same goes for Foxcatcher starring Channing Tatum, Steve Carell and Mark Ruffalo.

However, Golden Globes win is a ladder for the Oscar nominations and win as well. Sp, before heading to the roads of Oscar glory, here is the Best Picture nomination predictions for Oscars 2015.
