Initially, released in India between February 7 and February 14, Interstellar got a fantastic response from viewers. Owing to the popularity, Warner Bros. then planned to restore not just Interstellar but Dune: Part 2 as well to Indian cinemas. Previously when Interstellar was re-released in India between February 7 and February 14, it grossed Rs. 20.20 Crore at the box office. Interstellar was once again re-releasing in Indian theaters on the occasion of Holi, March 14, 2025. As per Pinkvilla's report, Interstellar grossed Rs. 2 Crore at the box office on Holi, March 15, 2025.

Interstellar To Have Limited Run In India

Warner Bros. announced that Interstellar & Dune Part 2 will have a limited run in India. Released on Holi, March 15, Interstellar will be available in theaters for 7 days only. Warner Bros. announced through Instagram, "'Interstellar' and 'Dune: Part Two' are now playing in cinemas and IMAX. Limited run - 7 days only."

Is Interstellar Available To Stream Online?

Interstellar is available online on several OTT platforms. One can watch the movie Interstellar on Amazon Prime Video with a rented price of Rs. 119. To note, "Rentals include 30 days to start watching this video and 48 hours to finish once started." The movie is also available with a subscription and a rented price to watch on Apple TV and Google Play Movies.
