Mukunda Murari Story

Mukunda Murari movie is remake version of Bollywood superhit movie Oh My God and it is a comedy entertainer movie in which, Upendra and Sudeep along with Nikitha are playing the main lead roles. Nanda Kishore directed this movie under MN Kumar's production banner.

Story

Upendra, a middle-class atheist Hindu owns a shop of Hindu idols and antiques in Chor Bazaar, Bengaluru. He is cursed by Ravishankar P when he stopped his son from playing dahi handi. A low-intensity earthquake hits the city, and Upendra's shop is the only shop that is destroyed.

Next day at the insurance office, Upendra and his neighbour-assistant Tabla Nani learn that the disaster claim does not cover any damage caused by natural calamities classified under "Act of God". Running out of options, Upendra decides to file a lawsuit against God but fails to find a lawyer for such a lawsuit.

How Upendra succeed in wining the case against the God with the help of Sudeep forms the rest of the story.
